The number two of the PS SDP+ of Escaldes-Engordany, Elisabet Zoppetti, has stated that her party will take advantage of the thermal water of Escaldes as a source of energy to feed the heat and cold network that FEDA has built in the parish. Zoppetti comments that this action would make it possible to expand the network and advance the objectives of reducing energy dependence on the outside and of sustainability. "This sustainability must be achieved, if not in two days, then as soon as possible," declared the candidate.
Number four on the national list of the social democratic alliance, Pere Baró, has today expressed the intention of the PS SDP+ to create a national safe and sustainable mobility plan. At the same time, they want this to combat the climate crisis and contribute to the recovery of economic and commercial activity. Baró has declared the importance given to him within the party to promote intermodal strategies to reach urban centers by public transport and they intend to allocate land on the periphery to car parks. The social democrats, on the other hand, want to study other internal transport and connections with Spain and France such as the tramway, the aerial metro and cable transport. But above all they emphasize the railway.
However, the second alternate of the Lauredian territorial list, Marc Ferré, of the PS SDP+ has today proposed the modernization of the schools "we must change the mentality and see education not as a cost but as an investment", Ferré declared. The substitute has stated that "we must provide and be facilitators of all possible tools", since they believe that teachers must be able to carry out their work in a better way and at the same time students must have the best possible educational experience . In this sense, the social democratic candidate has given the example of the Andorran school of Sant Julià de Lòria as an infrastructure that needs to be modernized and adapted.
